In recent weeks several catastrophic events have taken Latin America by storm including two earthquakes in Mexico within the past two weeks. Previously, Hurricane Irma battered the Caribbean and Southeast United States. Several provinces in the Dominican Republic were placed on alert, but the damage was not as significant as in Puerto Rico, Tortula, Anguilla, and Florida, among the places affected. Currently, Hurricane María has ravaged the Caribbean, destroying all types of physical structures such as homes, buildings, public spaces, and in its wake has left several dead. Below is information on how you can help.
